nimbol was born out of a belief that when organisations help people to be the very best versions of themselves it’s good for business, good for the communities they serve, good for the causes they care about, and good for each individual.
Founder Ollie Holt has 20 years of sports coaching and mentoring practice, and over 12 years experience guiding organisations to implement people development strategies and behaviour change programmes.
Ollie created nimbol to help as many people and organisations as possible benefit from best practice across sport and business, and avoid wasted effort and resource.

Strength in simplicity. Building each approach based on its unique strengths and stripping out anything unnecessary.
